CA Lalit Raithatha is a Chartered Accountant qualified in 2004 with over two decades of professional experience in taxation, audit, advisory, valuation, insolvency, project finance, and business consultancy services. He advises businesses, corporates, entrepreneurs, professionals, real estate developers, lenders, and cooperative housing societies across diverse sectors.

He possesses extensive expertise in Direct Tax, GST, audit and assurance, financial advisory, regulatory compliance, and business structuring. His practical and solution-oriented approach enables clients to effectively manage complex financial, taxation, and legal matters while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.

CA Lalit Raithatha is also a Registered Valuer (Securities or Financial Assets – SFA) under the Companies Act, 2013 and has significant experience in valuation assignments including valuation of shares, businesses, securities, financial assets, mergers, acquisitions, restructuring transactions, regulatory compliances, and financial reporting purposes.

In addition, he is an Insolvency Professional with experience in matters relating to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), including corporate insolvency resolution processes, liquidation matters, restructuring advisory, distressed asset resolution, and compliance under the IBC framework. His multidisciplinary expertise enables him to provide integrated solutions in business restructuring and recovery matters.

He also has extensive experience in Project Finance and financial syndication services, assisting clients in preparation of project reports, CMA data, financial projections, loan structuring, banking documentation, and liaison with banks and financial institutions for securing project funding and working capital facilities.

Real estate consultancy is one of his important practice areas, where he advises developers, builders, landowners, and cooperative housing societies on GST implications, RERA compliance, project structuring, redevelopment matters, and regulatory requirements applicable to the real estate sector.

He also has substantial experience in the registration, management, accounting, taxation, and compliance of Cooperative Housing Societies, assisting societies in redevelopment, governance, financial management, and statutory compliance matters.
